A New Role for Liz

Lingwood Security Management are proud to announce the promotion of Liz Newby from Vetting & Screening Administrator to HR Administrator.

Liz’s new role is to act as a first point of contact for all employees to the Human Resources team and to provide an effective Human Resources administration and reporting service.

She will also ensure accurate HR records are in place for all employees, including full-time, part-time and casual workers and update whenever a new person joins.

From a recruitment perspective, Liz will co-ordinate HR recruitment systems including safer recruitment practices, and screen and vet all licensable staff to BS7858:2012. She will conduct induction meetings with new employees and casual workers and liaise with Line Managers to ensure they are aware of their responsibility in the induction process and probation period.

Liz has become an integral part of the Lingwood Security Team since joining the company in 2017, and is the smiling, helpful, friendly face that every visitor sees when they first arrive at our head office.

Her adaptability and the speed at which she has got to grips with our systems, plus her desire to continually raise standards at Lingwood Security Management, makes her a very valuable asset for the future.
