Lingwood Security Management are proud to announce the promotion of Summer Jenkins from Customer Relationship Administrator to CRM Manager.
Summer’s new role is to manage and head up the full CRM System to ensure all our sites are being visited at least once during the day, and once during the night in a month. She will work closely with our Contracts Manager to ensure every site is visited.
Another key part of Summer’s job is to head up communication with our clients, using feedback to improve and enhance our service. Positive feedback is used to help us generate future business with clients, to see where the next project might be, and it also helps us maintain healthy relationships with everybody we work with. Negative feedback will always be followed up immediately; to find out the root of the issue, to rectify it quickly and also to ensure there is not a repeat performance.
Finally, Summer will work with the Operations Department to oversee the smooth opening and closing of all security sites and ensure that our Control Department and systems are all up to date.
Summer has progressed rapidly since joining the family business, and has shown great skill and determination in each role she has undertaken. Her willingness to learn and adapt, plus her desire to continually raise standards at Lingwood Security Management, makes her a very valuable asset. She has undertaken various roles including HR & Operations Administrator, Customer Relationship Administrator, and now CRM Manager.
