Cambridge Judge Business School

Lingwood Security Management have recently been offered an exciting opportunity to study and advance our knowledge in leadership and management, by taking part in workshops lead by the Cambridge Judge Business School. The programme was designed specifically for Barclays and is delivered in partnership with the business school.

The programme is designed to help high growth potential companies develop their organisation's managerial skills from Strategy and Ideation for Growth through to Operational Excellence, Leadership and Talent Management.

Speaking following the announcement, Alan Lingwood, Director, said: “I’m very much looking forward to attending this programme, along with some of my management team. It’s a great opportunity for us all to develop new skills, which will help drive the business forward and facilitate our growth.
