Equals Learning – Staff Development
Lingwood Security Management are working with Equals Training to deliver qualifications to members of our workforce, as part of our commitment to ongoing staff training and internal development.
Summer Jenkins will be completing the Level 5 Operations and Departmental Manager Apprenticeship. The core focus of this course is managing teams and projects in line with an organisation's operational or departmental strategy. This will strengthen Summer’s management skills in a number of key areas, including creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, managing change, financial and resource management, talent management, coaching and mentoring.
Brandon Graham and Liam Bell will both be completing the Level 3 Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Technician Apprenticeship. The core focus of this course is to develop the skills to work with the management team to advise on the statutory health, safety and environmental requirements as they affect the company’s operations. Typical scenarios would include developing, reviewing and checking on the implementation of safe systems of work, delivering training (e.g. toolbox talks & inductions), investigating incidents, analysing data and presenting findings to the management team.
